Refund policy

Store Credit or exchange will be granted for purchases made within 7 days of date of order. You must contact us before the 7th day is up and it must be shipped back if we have agreed to exchange or refund not all circumstances we can take items back, a 15% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund amount (No Exceptions.) All Sale Items are final sales. Cups, hair bows, headbands, jewelry, etc. can not be refunded. Tags must be still on clothing and clothing must be unworn. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for shipping to them and for shipping back to us within the 7 day period.
