SHIPPING TIMES AND SHIPPING FEES:
Please allow 1-7 days processing time and 3-14 days delivery in the United States. If you need an order rushed, please get ahold of us BEFORE you place the order and we will do our best to assist you. Additional fees may apply with rushed deliveries. We do our best to keep shipping rates low. You will receive tracking information via email when order has shipped.
LOST PACKAGES AND INSURANCE
All packages are insured, but we can not control what happens to packages after they leave Southern Okie's. Insurance will not cover if the package is delivered and stolen off your front porch or where the package was chosen to be delivered so please keep that in mind.
SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
Order cancellation if you need to cancel an order you need to contact us asap but with orders being processed fast it may not always be possible.
